Tasks
- Server side Troubleshoot ,debug and fix on
premise Services like DHCP/DNS/WSUS/Active Directory/TMG
/Lync/SharePoint/Exchange/TFS/SCSM /Cisco Switch and Routers
configuration.
- client side Troubleshot employees
generating tickets in software , Hardware and Testing requirements
issues.
Qualification
- Certified MCITP 2008 or MCSE 2012 or
equivalent knowledge
- Certified CCNA or equivalent knowledge
- ITIL Certified or equivalent knowledge
- Good knowledge in TMG 2010, Exchange 2013
,Lync 2013 and SharePoint administration
- Familiar with the cloud services like
Exchange Online and Windows Azure
- 1-2 years of experience in
the same position
