Hindawi Publishing Corporation is now hiring "IT Infrastructure Team Leader":
Job Duties:
- Serve as a lead technical liaison between the technical support team and operations management
- Monitor and maintain the Network and The Internet Connections to ensure the efficiency of the work cycle
- Run tests and debugs to ensure that the system is running efficiently
- Stay up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies to develop the internal work process
- Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and client stakeholders
- Evaluates vendor-supplied software by studying user objectives; testing software compatibility with existing hardware and programs
- Provide leadership and team building spirit to team members through coaching, motivation, and guiding team members to reach their optimum performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Upper Intermediate English level
- MCSE or MCSA certificate is a must
- Advanced level of Windows OS, Network Services, hard desk management tools Anti-Spywar Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN – IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment
