Review and analyze customer contracts for billing accuracy. •Identify billing errors on customer invoices. •Monitor and provide internal and external reporting on billing activity. •Reconcile with accounting department regular division revenue report. •Investigate and resolve complex billing disputes within designated timeframes. •Develop detailed understanding of customer maintenance contracts. •Manage to deliver best-in-class customer service while meeting the detailed maintenance agreements for each client. •Secures Financial information by completing data base backups. •Maintains Financial Security by following internal control. •Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts billing.
Qualifications •B.Sc. of Commerce, Accounting major is a must. •1-2 years of experience in Accounting (preferable in Accounting Receivable). •Excellent Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project). •Strong Numerical, analytical and problem solving skills. •High level of communication with different levels. •Very Good Time management, Presentation & negotiation Skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time.
