-Reviewing Construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
-Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and specifications.
-Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
-Amend the consultant’s comments on the QS.
-Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQ's and other documentation.
-Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quantity surveying services for our projects.
-Liaise and follow up with the warehouse on the materials issuing and track any variation of the quantities.
-Work as the linking person between the site and the technical office team.
-Issue the QS made for the sub-contractors in order to get the final approval from the Engineering Manager.
3-5 relevant years of experience.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil).Experience Using Revit, MS Office and MS Excel, AutoCAD.
