-To handle drafting project shop drawings, as well as coordinate drawings between different disciplines and assist site engineers clarifying and resolving any technical problem that could arise during the construction caused by designs.
-Study the project contract documents (project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
-Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on the project’s design drawings inaccurate with quality standard.
-Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.
-Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approval.
-Prepare Inspection Reports (IR.s) for the site & submit them from the consultant
-Review sub-contractors ' shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
-Prepare Quantity Surveying sheets (Q.S) & Material Requests for the site
-Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
-experience 4-6 years-Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering -Governmental University- is a must ( Cairo University or Ain shams University or Mataria University) .-Skilled User in Revit & ASD is preferred.-Previous experience in Real Estate is a plus.-Team working skills.-problem-solving skills.-Organized.-Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.-Confidentiality.
