- Implement the QA/QC management system for corporate Head Office and project site.
- Making as-built drawings, shop drawings.
- Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
- Coordinate all materials and drawings formats to projects sites.
- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
- Insure that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes, standards, drawings and specs
- Manage all the quality site processes with Technical and Site team.
- Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
- Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
- Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
- Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
- Coordinate quality inspections with all the Site Engineers, Sub Contractors and vendors.
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to Projects sites.
- Control all nonconformance reports and ensure to undertake remedial action.
- Follow up and monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
- Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project's subcontractor’s QC personnel.
- Make method statement of all works.
Bachelor's degree in architect Engineering5-7 years of experience in the same fieldPreferred are graduates from 2016At least 3 years of experience as a Civil technical office engineer.Proven experience with technical drawings and details.Team working skills.problem-solving skills.Organized.Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.Confidentiality.Construction experience is a must
