- Determining needs & reviewing any engineering changes that impact material or supplier, to adjust stocks accordingly.
- Choosing the appropriate suppliers to purchase from.
- Prepare/ revise clarification sent to client and make sure that it is applied to final submission.
- Awarding contracts to the vendors and continue to administer these contracts throughout the relationship.
- Managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Planning/preparing/controlling the procurement plan with coordination with project management.
- Controlling/Meeting the budget with coordination between cost control & project management.
- Reviewing the tender documents to analyze the prequalification requirements.
- Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.
- Preparing price offers in coordination with technical office.
Bachelor degree in Engineering 3-5 years of experience (must in infrastructure or Pump station & Water treatment, waste water).Excellent knowledge of market, sub-contractors and materials' prices.The ability to work as part of a team.negotiation skills with vendors & subcontractors – interpersonal skill
