We are a dynamic clothing manufacturing and sales export company in the process of establishing a new factory in Cairo. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Accountant to spearhead the financial setup and management of the factory operations from the ground up.

*Job Description:*
- Lead the financial setup and establishment of accounting processes for the new factory, including chart of accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting systems.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making and operational planning.
- Manage the financial aspects of capital expenditures, investments, and cost control measures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

*Average Salary (in Egyptian Pounds):* 

Competitive salary range of [13,000 -15,000] per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
