Technical Client Relations Engineer

Job Description

  • Responsible for informing clients with the updated construction status of their units starting from the contracting date till completion and handing over the units.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (emails, calls, fax and face to face).
  • Follow up on the progress of requested tasks from other departments.
  • Meeting and assisting clients to modify their unit’s design, and carrying out all architectural drawings related to requested modifications, in addition to; getting approvals for owners' external amendments.
  • Handling all clients' requests related to the construction of the unit including adding, deducting, delaying or executing any item whether it stated in contract or not.
  • Coordinate and monitor all units' status, requirements and updates with all departments (Engineering dep., development dep., and cost control) Starting from contract date till handing over the unit.
  • Receipt of all clients' inquiries through phone calls and provide them with the required technical assistance and resolving all issues according to the company’s policies and procedures. Receipt of all clients' complains concerning the construction of the units.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • 2 - 4  years of experience in real estate and with Clients.
