Field Sales Manager for Coops Channel

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As the Field Sales Manager for our Coops Channel, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for the Coops Channel.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Coops Channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  7. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build professional networks.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.

Skills

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG field sales or sales management.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
  10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
