Job Purpose:
- Estimate and value engineer structural systems using precast and post tension solutions. Sell Mega Prefab technical products and help sales staff.
Job Duties:
- Calculate and estimate flooring systems and structures for opportunities to quote.
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide the client towards the correct products. Identifies advantages and compares products. Present value engineering solutions to the client.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for your prospective customers.
- Follow up on the opportunities that are sent directly to the company by means of phone calls and visits.
-Visit the prospects, explain the quotation, and close the sale.
- Assist sales staff in company introductions if needed.
- Help the sales staff with their own prospects by accompanying them to close the sale in due time.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with your current customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization's products and services.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Skills needed:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in design of Reinforced concrete structures
