The Sales Manager should build and lead a team of salespeople to help drive revenue.

He must motivate his team to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding his customer base.

Servicing the needs of his existing customers.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Setting sales targets for individual Sales representative and his team as a whole.


Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years’ sales experience with 3 years’ experience in similar position
Strong communication ability
Ability to analyze and interpret data
