Key responsibilities:



• Meeting of all deadlines as defined in the SOPs, processes, and internal policy’s
• First-hand experience in managing the full process of respective domain.
• Overall skilled and subject matter expert in handling in F&A (STP, OTC & ATR Domain)
• Make certain that all execution is according to standard and where there is an exception that its well documented and kept up to date (SOPs, guidelines)
• Aims at always closing open items/ issues in a timely and qualitative manner.
• Track operational metrics/KPIs for area of responsibility and take swift where there is a risk for underperformance
• Work closely with the process leads to improve the performance of operational metrices
• Work closely with the BPEs to ensure process compliance and working according to standards.
• Coordinating complete planning & management internal control and audit support and activities for ensuring compliance as per control manual.
• Well versed and good understanding of group policies, guidelines, and control framework for adherence

• Participate in Kaizens (problem solving sessions) to ensure that performance is improved or that process gaps are closed
• Responsible to evaluate any new changes and to implement changes to process or systems coming from the FPOs
• Take an active role as User and participate in community/network to where e.g., questions about process and systems improvements are discussed

We are looking for:



Solid experience required in accounting within the logistics and supply chain sector A bachelor's degree in accounting

In depth knowledge of French Accounting



Analytical mindset and ability to work with substantial amounts of data and complex tasks
Comfortable and easily able to adapt to changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders Team player Extreme attention to detail and high quality

Language Proficiency French & English (Spoken & Written) - French is mandatory.



Advanced user of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge in IFS and OneStream/HFM
