A. Accountabilities:

• Good knowledge on Client OS supporting (Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting).
• Knowledge on third party application ( Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting).
• Good knowledge on PC support (hardware installation , configuration & troubleshooting).
• Good knowledge on imaging tools usage, like Acronis , Symantec Ghost, ..etc.
• Optional have knowledge on Retail application support (C-Store).
• Basic knowledge on network level.
• Basic knowledge on Database level (preferred MS-SQL).
• Basic knowledge on Server environment (Domain Controller , Servers OS installation and Configuration).
• Ability to escalate any problems and issues in a timely manner.
• Good knowledge on using management and reporting tools using Microsoft outlook, Excel ,…etc.

B. Experience:

• 1/ year of experience in IT technical / support role – hardware and software.

C. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or any related stream.

D. General Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with team work environment.
• Arabic/English language skills (read, write & speak).
• Excellent communication skills and technical reporting skills.
• Deductive reasoning skills and identify potential and existing problems.

E. General Remarks:

• The role is Qatar based- 1/- Month contract duration.
• Immediate joiner is a must.
• The budget for the role is around QAR 5000-6000/-.
