Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for civil construction projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.

2. Collaborate with project teams to develop competitive bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.

3. Work closely with project managers and engineers to analyze project plans and contribute to the development of cost-effective solutions.

4. Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms to optimize project budgets.

5. Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

6. Maintain thorough documentation of estimation processes, including assumptions, methodologies, and relevant data, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Skills

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Estimation within the UAE construction industry.

2. Proficient in estimation software and tools, strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to produce accurate and reliable estimates.
