Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
Support classroom instruction by working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor playtime.
Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement in accordance with school policies.
Provide support to students with special needs or learning challenges as directed by lead teachers or special education coordinators.
Assist with grading assignments, quizzes, and tests, and provide feedback to students.
Collaborate with lead teachers, administrators, and other staff members to support the overall educational goals of the school.
Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
Willingness to learn and follow school policies and procedures.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
