Job Description:
- Lead culinary team and collaborate with the management in menu development and innovation.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and efficient workflow.
- Mentor and supervise kitchen staff, scheduling and training as needed to maintain high standards.
- Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation, addressing customer feedback.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff, communicate effectively with management, and foster a positive work environment.
Skills
Qualifications:
§ Male, 38 years old and below
§ At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
§ Should have experience in Mediterranean Seafood Cuisine
