**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to join our culinary team. Our menu includes those items like: burger, pasta, pancakes and crepes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


**Responsibilities:**


1. **Menu Planning and Development:**

  - Develop innovative and appealing menus in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences.

  - Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special offerings.

  - Ensure menu items are cost-effective and meet budgetary requirements.


2. **Food Preparation and Cooking:**

  - Supervise food preparation activities to ensure consistency and quality.

  - Oversee cooking processes to maintain proper cooking techniques and temperatures.

  - Demonstrate expertise in various cooking methods, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying.


3. **Kitchen Operations Management:**

  - Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

  - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet production demands.

  - Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations at all times.


4. **Quality Control:**

  - Conduct regular inspections of food products to ensure freshness and quality.

5. **Creativity and Innovation:**

  - Continuously seek ways to improve menu offerings and enhance the dining experience.

6. **Customer Service:**

**Qualifications:**


- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.

- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.

- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and flavor profiles.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
