HBLUX, We are leading manufacturer, seeking a Sales Manager to manage multiple key accounts, predominantly across UAE and KSA. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in engaging with key stakeholders including Suppliers, Distributors, Specifiers. This is a permanent role with a Dubai frequent regional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for the UAE region by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans tailored to key accounts;
- Expanding and retaining key contacts within regionally reputable lighting specifiers
- Prepare compelling presentations and pitches to engage key accounts.
- Generate project specifications across various segments.
- Managing and Expanding the existing sales network
- Lead and oversee projects through tendering and approval stages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and review marketing activities.
- Product and concept presentations to architects, lighting designers, engineers and interior designers involved in specifying high-performance/high-quality architectural lighting
- Provide professional advice and foster strong relationships with suppliers. specifiers.
- Reporting of marketplace movements including product opportunities and competitor activity to the management
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, in the LED lighting industry (Mandatory)
- Ability to understand lighting layouts, AutoCAD and Dialux
- Excellent Indian and English skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Business management, Architectural/interior design or sales/marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
