Web Developer Responsibilities:
- Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability.
- Provide website maintenance and enhancements.
- Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages.
- Write functional requirement documents and specifications.
- Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of web development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery.
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, .NET, etc.
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL and Oracle.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week
- 8 hours shift
