- Manage development and implementation of the accounting system, policies, and procedures relating to financial and accounting management
- Ensure compliance with the country’s legal and regulatory frameworks and company policies. This includes tax planning and compliance with state tax regulations.
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations including but not limited to accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
- Perform month-end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expense recording, etc.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts (on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis)
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant fieldProven experience as a Head of Finance, or relevant role for 7 years at least(CPA-CMA- .. ) Any additional diploma is a plus.In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, tax regulations, and risk management practicesStrong leadership and organizational skillsAn analytical mind, comfortable with numbersexperience in setting up an accounting system including software, policies, and procedures is a plusGood knowledge of IT and accounting tools (MS Office, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)B2 English level and above
