- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a professional environment.
- Typing speed: min. 40 wpm
- Efficient and creative in any given task
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain employee tracking records and report accordingly
- Ability to process administrative tasks and manage own responsibilities.

- Ability to work with people from different cultures and handles all types of employee requests
- Must possess a keen understanding and respect for confidentiality
- Good use of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Background in Social Media, Photoshop or Degree in business is an advantage
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Providing a full range of administrative, clerical and office support including, but not limited to:
- Proven ability in time and diary management and the ability to liaise and communicate at all levels to high standard i.e. with senior management etc.
- Providing admin/secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
