1.   To plan and schedule installation works on sites to meet the time plan as per company requirements.

2.   To supervise the foremen and labor working on site including subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per schedule and according to the client requirements.

3.   To prepare & check HVAC designs, identify and define the requirements for the systems for the project.

4.   To ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are achieved.

5.   To provide solutions to problems that generally rises on site.

6.   To submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for to the Department Manager about Installations progress,

7.   To meet the clients or their representatives on site / office to facilitate completion of work as per standards, meeting their requirements.

8.   Ensure maximum service quality to meet customer expectations.

9.   Identify corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation, to enhance the operations and increase customer satisfaction.

10. To control material requisition and consumption to the minimum range for effective cost saving purposes.

11. To prepare monthly production report for all the activities on sites including check lists ensuring work is completed as per company standards, policies and procedures.

12. Visit and inspect the installation sites to make sure proper services are provided.

13. Oversee the work of personnel including allocation, training and problem resolution; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

14. To update the Job Status Report in the Oracle Data Base.

Skills

-      Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical / Electrical) with 4-7 years experience in HVAC systems, Installation, project management.
