Requirements:
A minimum of 10-12 years of work experience in the required discipline and similar environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying (accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) / related field (such as areas covering construction, civil/structural, urban and land studies, geography) is required.
Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
