Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in roads engineering or a related role.Strong knowledge of road design principles, codes, and standards.Experience in construction supervision and quality control.Understanding of road safety and traffic management regulations and practices.
