  • Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
  • Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
  • Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
  • Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
  • Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
  • Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.

Education: Minimum GraduateExperience: Overall 5-10 years with at least 3-4 years in heavy machine sales and 1-2 years of team managementCandidates with experience in the Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry will be preferred.Age:35 years to 40 years old.Skills: Sales Promotion, Customer Relations, Marketing Strategies, Key Account Management, BrandingDriving License: A driving license requiredHaving car : is a must
