- To achieve the budget of X million L.E. by managing, controlling and motivation the sales team to achieve the individual targets.
- Perform Quarterly appraisal for the sales team to ensure the ongoing development of the sales team.
- Develop PJP monthly and weekly plans for the sales team to be sure that all area is covered.
- Review the daily reports to ensure that all sales team follow the plans.
- Ensure close link between the sales team and others inside the branch (drivers, warehouse controller) to be sure that all orders are delivered.
- Follow up with the computer department for the overdue and bad depts.
