Minimum Qualification
1. Maximum age of 45 years
2. Minimum 4 years of experience of managerial or upper
supervisory level with a similar activities or manufacturing company with a
minimum of 50 people.
3. Time served as a quality engineer for a minimum of 5
years is a must.
4. Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
5. having good Communication skills
6. Pleasant appearance and friendly to leagues.
7. Minimum qualification of diploma or equivalent degree in
mechanical engineering.
8. Practical experience in the following:
- Establishing
and maintaining a quality system as per ISO 9001 requirements.
- Establishing
operational procedures and work instructions
- Planning,
managing and conducting internal quality audits
- Establishing
and maintaining HSE system.
- Knowledge
of ASME Code requirements
- Knowledge
of applicable API requirements
- Knowledge
of license requirements
- Training
skills in quality systems
- Knowledge
of material specifications
- Computer
knowledge (office)
Job Description
- Managing
the quality system in the company to include:
- Establishing,
maintaining and running the quality system in the company
- Planning
quality activities.
- Reporting
to General Manager and attending
monthly & review meetings
- Provide
training to personnel
- Develop
related work procedures and work instructions
- Internal
coordinate quality activities between departments.
- Maintaining
ISO,ASME, API and license.
- Establishing
inspection requirements and inspection plans
- Updating
and developing new methods for continual improvements.
- Establish
and monitor performance indicators on regular basis
- Interview
and recommend appointment of new personnel for the facility.
- Advising
management on deficiencies and resources requirements and areas for
improvements.
- Plan
and manage internal quality audits.
- Coordinate
with certification bodies ISO, ASME, API and licensers for certificate
renewals and surveillance audits.
- Coordinate
with clients and interested parties for client audits.
- Maintain
the company HSE system.
