Minimum Qualification

1.Maximum age of 45 years

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including budgeting, costing, payable and receivable

3. Able to read, write and speak fluent English.

4. good Communication skills & dynamic

5. Pleasant appearance, friendly & teamwork.

6. Minimum qualification of bachelor degree, diploma or equivalent in accounting.

7. Practical experience in the following:

• Knowledge of accounting process and systems for factory and manufacturing facilities
• Knowledge of payable and receivable.
• Cost analysis and knowledge of costing with involvement of man-hour, material and others.
• Knowledge of profit and loss report and analysis of minimizing costs.
• Knowledge of preparation of budget and shareholders accounts
• Computer knowledge (office)
• Awareness of Quality systems ISO 9001

Job Description

1. Managing the accounting department.
2. Managing the costing process to include material, manpower consumables and other costs and confirm data entry to the accounting system
3. Follow up and issue invoicing and payment with clients
4. follow up with suppliers for payment and account trial balance
5. Submitting monthly report of profit and loss
6. Communicating with General Manager on pricing and cost.
7. Communicating with Quality Manager on special inspections cost required (if any).
8. Review and monitor of inventory and stocking values and conduct inventory check every six months
9. Checking for non moving items and report values to General Manager.
10. Prepare monthly pay roll and maintain record of human resources.
11. Maintain and monitor bank account consolidation.
12. contact banks for loan and credit facility,
13. prepare and follow up L/C opening and closing
