Job Purpose The successful candidate will lead the expansion and professionalization of export business for CCH Egypt by providing perfect customer experience for existing partners, by growing their business linked to Egypt sourcing and attracting new customers. This happens in close collaboration with all functions in CCH Egypt, relevant HBC Group functions and The Coca-Cola company functions. What you will doCreate Export business plan and deliver topline and bottom-line targets by managing multi customer business baseProject leadership with all functions involved: SC, Quality, Finance, Tax, Treasury, etcSet up of ways of working with all relevant partiesCooperation with HBC Group based on the relevant projects Provide excellent customer service for existing customersAttract new customers within alignment with The Coca-Cola companyCreate mid-term plans based on business understanding and potential for each particular customer What you will bring to the roleUniversity Degree in business related studies+10 -12 years of relevant business experience in Export function of FMCGProject Management experience with cross-functional collaborationExperience in international sales and customer managementStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsHighly self-motivated and enthusiasticStrategic ThinkingStructured and OrganizedStrong Time Management SkillSocial strong networker
