• Receiving employee files upon hiring and ensuring they are consistently updated. 
• Updating the leave and penalty records. 
• Signing employment contracts and Form 1 for new employees. 
• Addressing terminations, Form 6, and resignation clearances for resigning employees. 
• Renewing employment contracts. 
• Sending probation period surveys. 
• Handling employee complaints and efficiently resolving them. 
• Updating the attendance and departure sheet, and managing biometric data. 
• Reviewing the company's monthly payments and providing a detailed report (linking and balance - emergency allowance...).


Bachelor's degree Proven work experience as an HR Personnel or similar role, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.Familiarity with labor and Social insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal and communication skills,Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
