Candidate will be Responsible of the following:
- Following up by email and telephone on new leads and existing clients
- Registering in all related organizations and online Engines
- Researching and contacting/opening new markets/clients worldwide
- Enhancing and keeping company online presence updated.
- Coordinating with local export points and associations.
- Communicating and updating CEO directly daily with activities
- Attending Tradeshows abroad representing the company.
- Monitoring actual export process and ensuring smooth delivery to international clients by coordinating between all departments
- Cooperating with shipping lines and shipping agents and handling shipping process
- Traveling, setting up & attending business meetings internationally.
Familiar with dealing with export trade pointsTravel Experience and has been issued Visas previously.Experience in handling international clients requestsMonitoring actual export process and ensuring smooth delivery to international clients by coordinating between all departmentsCooperating with shipping lines and shipping agents and handling shipping processFamiliar with how to research and approach new international clients.Excellent command of speaking and writing English.Excellent command of communication channels such as Emails, Skype, WhatsApp etc..Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel & powerpoint and Internet surfing applications.
