- Work to achieve the required occupancy rate in each hotel for which they are responsible.
- Reviewing entered reservations daily to confirm prices and allocating rooms to reservations and meals.
- Check and review future reservations for the upcoming days and ensure that they are confirmed and their data is correct.
- Ensure that Option Date and Salesman are included in all reservations
- Ensure that meals in reservations are provided through the correct hotel supplier and at the correct cost.
- Marketing intensively and directing sales and operations on selling vacant periods.
- Review the reservations entered daily in their user account for all hotels.
- Review the Option date of all reservations and contact the Salesman to confirm the reservations.
- Working to provide possibilities for reservations outside the company’s hotels upon request or when there is no availability in the company’s hotels in the required period.
- Follow up and execute all reservations requested in WhatsApp groups, as they are responsible for following up and converting requests into actual reservations.
- File the reservations they entered on the day following the day of entry.
- Responsibility for making website/more B2B/B2C bookings.
Second: Communication tasks with customers
- Follow up WhatsApp groups, respond to them constantly, and intervene quickly, while ensuring that reservations are implemented.
- Follow up on the reservations email and send and make the assigned reservations after referring to the direct supervisor.
- Contributing to solving problems for customers.
- Periodically sending offers to customers and price lists to shared groups, with coordination with the team leader on a daily basis according to the available spaces.
Third: Marketing and sales tasks:
- Daily marketing to public groups and internal companies.
- Working to attract new clients.
- Always keen to solve customers’ problems, help them, respond to their inquiries regarding hotels, and offer possible alternatives.
