- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings/Call conference with potential customers and support with their needs and concerns
- Prepare appropriate presentations on our products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Reply customers inquiries and support with the customer needs.
- Being responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with current customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Creates strong database of current and new customers.
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Evaluate all customer issues if exist, and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan.
Bachelor’s degree.English language is a Must, written & spoken.French Language is preferred.Good command of using different Microsoft Office programs.Teamwork and motivational skills.Good planning and organizing skills.
