If so, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Troubleshoot customer order issues, including order tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQs to enhance self-service options for customers.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate customer information within Shopify.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service.Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and order management system.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize competing demands.Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Positive attitude, with a passion for fashion and the ability to build rapport with customers.
