Procurement & Export Manager

Job Description:

1) Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners

2) Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminating contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary

3) Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage

4) Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations

5) Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through new suppliers and buyers awareness, new product development

6) Managing and ordering replacements when necessary

7) Preparing financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets

8) Managing the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery

9) Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly


Job Requirements:4+ years of experience in export or supply chain or procurementFMCG background is preferredHave connections & network globally (Preferred Africa)Got the entrepreneurial spirit & can establish a new department on his/her ownAdvanced leadership & communication skills
