As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the operations of dark stores and
managing the last mile delivery process along with mid mile and warehouse performance, reporting
directly to the Development Project Manager, the role involves leading the implementation of
development projects across various operational domains, including dark stores, last mile, mid-mile, and
warehouses. The Operations Project Engineer will leverage project management and engineering skills,
applying lean methodologies, 5S, Makigami, and Six Sigma principles to ensure successful project
execution. Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end process of Product receiving to order fulfillment
and delivery, ensuring timely, accurate and efficient processes.

Education:➢ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.➢ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry, Experiencewith Project Management, data analysis and process optimization are essential.Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute,and close projects within specified timelines and budgets.Data analysis skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complexdata sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as spreadsheets and data visualization tools is required.Operational knowledge: Understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and last miledelivery processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP are a plus.Problem-solving abilities: Ability to identify operational challenges, develop innovative solutions, anddrive process improvements. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.Collaboration skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
