Responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive business objectives.Manage traffic by coordinating and managing the flow of projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and communication between team members remains clear and organized, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives.Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.Collaborate closely with the social media strategist to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.Drive and oversee external engagements, providing strategic guidance and direction to optimize performance and maximize ROI. Establish and define key performance indicators (KPIs), key metrics, and benchmarks for success to ensure thorough measurement and evaluation of outcomes.Develop and implement a comprehensive newsletter strategy, including content planning, audience segmentation, and delivery optimization.Track and analyze key performance metrics across all marketing channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Generate regular reports to communicate marketing performance, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).+3 years of experience in the marketing field. Excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills with strong grammar, punctuation, and style in both English and Arabic languages.Ability to adapt writing style for various formats.Basic knowledge of visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including content marketing and social media marketing.Strong research skills to gather information on various topics.Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving content trends and technologies.Familiarity with various social media platforms and their content requirements.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Basic understanding of content analytics tools to track performance
