Back Office Support Team Leader

Responsibility:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respective applications team.
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to resolution.
  • Monitor the performance of direct reports and provide coaching and counseling as needed.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication during any major downtime.
  • Ensure that new systems and changes are properly tested.
  • Ability to motivate, effectively delegate, and coach the team to create a positive and dynamic working atmosphere.
  • Establish data distribution policies by working with boundary partners and contract resources.
  • Conduct workflow analysis, and business process reviews and create functional specifications.
  • Ensure application resources are assigned appropriately to day-to-day support and projects.
  • Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
  • Coordinate analysis and resolve issues on all system upgrades and changes.

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.+5 years of experience in the same position.Understanding of software development life cycles, scripting, systems programming, Agile, and JavaScript.Ability to Work under Pressure.Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills.Innovative thinker.Strong communication skills.
