Job Description:
Understand the operating model of our visa application service center swiftly; analyze andsummarize the optimal talent profile;
Administers statutory and company-driven employee benefits and services;
Handle the timekeeping and attendance, payroll and compensation & benefit processes;
Regularly conduct research and statistical analysis of human resources-related information; produce monthly reports;
Familiar with the human resources management process of foreign-funded enterprises in KSA, familiar with the system in KSA, have an in-depth understanding of local labour government policies, laws and regulations; Liaise with the agency to jointly serve the company and internal employees;
Handle labor law-related issues that may occur;
Daily maintenance of employee relations and corporate culture;
Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the company.
Skills
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; Human resources management is preferred;
3 years or above of human resources work experience; in-depth understanding of local labour government policies, laws and regulations;
Well-organized, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility;
Good computer literacy, Microsoft Office.
Language:
Arabic - Proficient, apply to local communication;
English- Proficient, apply that communicate smoothly with Chinese managers;
