  • Design, organize, and deliver training programs that align with defined business requirements.
  • Manage program administration tasks, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals and materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization.
  • Perform any other related duties as required to support the learning and development initiatives.

3+ years of working experience in a similar role.Strong communication and presentation skills.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Deadline-oriented with the capacity to deliver high-quality results under pressure.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
