Art and Activity Teacher

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum for art and activities tailored to the developmental stages of kindergarten and primary school children.

2. Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging and age-appropriate art and craft lessons, incorporating various mediums and techniques to foster creativity and skill development.

3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to exploration and expression while managing the behavior of young learners effectively.

4. Individualized Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, recognizing and nurturing their unique talents and interests in the arts.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art and activities into interdisciplinary lessons and school-wide events, promoting cross-curricular learning experiences.

7. Professional Development: Stay informed about best practices in art education and early childhood development through ongoing professional development activities and workshops.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably in art instruction.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogical approaches appropriate for kindergarten and primary school levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching art and fostering children's artistic expression.

Working Hours: Full-time, 7:45 am - 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
