Personal Assistant to the General Manager

An Industrial Company in Bachamoun is looking for a Female Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
Manage the GM's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Female aged between 35 and 40.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of the role
