For immediate hiring, Recruitment Specialist is required for a leading manufacturing company located in Al Sadat City
The candidate will drive the full-cycle of the recruitment process including:
- Recruitment planning, Sourcing, screening, and to interview candidates using CBI methods and tools.
- To Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both white and blue-collar positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions for both white and blue-collar positions.
- To manage and develop job offers, reports, and recruitment metrics.
Bachelor' degree in relevant discipline.3-5 years of experience in recruitment process for both white and blue-collar positions Very good in English and excellent MSO skills.Work location is in Sadat city so nearby residents are a highly preferred.
