Responsibilities include analyzing property performance and developing strategies to increase established hotel sales goals and profit margins for a region. They also build relationships with key clients to increase repeat guest bookings and prospect new business through referrals, networking, WhatsApp messages, and cold-calling.
- Selling hotel guest rooms, and meals in our different Hotels in Mekka & Madina taking into consideration the highest possible occupancy in hotel charts at the maximum achievable rate to our clients.
- To sell and promote all hotel rooms and meals to assist in the achievement of the revenue goals and the hotel charts target set by the Sales Manager.
- To upsell to every guest at every sales opportunity the different rooms and meals of our allotments.
- Sell different hotel offers and promotions to all our clients whether travel and tourism companies (B2B) or Individuals (B2C).
- Ensure that personal product knowledge is maintained to the highest level so that the guest receives a professional, competent, and consistent service.
- Cooperates with different departments in the hotel to ensure the best room reservation process.
- To assist the reservation agents and teams achieve their set targets and customer service goals as set by the Reservation Manager.
Proven experience as a “hotel Sales Executive” or relevant role in Hotel reservations or hotel booking.Proficiency in Englishvery good knowledge of “Haj & Umrah” services is highly preferred in addition to good awareness of Makka & Madina Hotels, and streets. Hands-on experience with hotel software systems is a plus.
