Personnel Specialist

Egypt - Cairo
  • Receiving employee files upon hiring and ensuring they are consistently updated.
  •  Updating the leave and penalty records.
  • Signing employment contracts and Form 1 for new employees. 
  •  Addressing terminations, Form 6, and resignation clearances for resigning employees. 
  • Renewing employment contracts. 
  • Sending probation period surveys. 
  • Handling employee complaints and efficiently resolving them. 
  • Updating the attendance and departure sheet, and managing biometric data. 
  •  Reviewing the company's monthly payments and providing a detailed report (linking and balance - emergency allowance...).

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience in HR administration or related role preferred.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
