- Establish productive relationships with SOHO's Clients.
- Serve as the contact point of contact for assigned SOHO`s accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted relationships with SOHO accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions & services according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Bachelor of Business Administration or relevant discipline.0-3 years of Experience in dealing with SOHO's segment.Presentable.Experience in Fin-Tech industry is preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A payment technology or telecom background is a plus.Flexible to preform outdoor visits.own a car.Flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
