Learning and Development Specialist Job Description:

  • To be Responsible for designing, organizing the training programs that meet defined business requirements.
  • To Handle client concerns, queries and schedules of assignments, materials, facilities coordination, and participant tracking and trainer’s availability on projects falling within the scope of responsibility as well as acting as the customer interface between the Firm and the client,
  • To Design technical proposals to the clients making sure they meet their needs.
  • To Update and revise existing training materials to reflect changes in processes, technology, or industry best practices.
  • To support the clients to monitor training, bringing innovative solutions to redesign session.
  • To support the clients to evaluate all training and its effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
  • to continually assess content is fit for purpose and to continually evolve and improve our learning offer.
  • To carry out pre training assessments.
  • To support the clients when required in the administration and coordination of training bookings, venue hires and maintaining great partnership working with external training providers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
  • To Maintain training records, documentation and invoices.

 2+ years of working experience.Strong communication skills.Good presentation skills.Time management.Highly detail-orientated.Proficiency in English both written & verbal.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Any additional qualification would be an asset (Any courses related to the job).Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate learning objectives and assessments.
