• Perform daily purchasing activities and ensuring the fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
• Work closely with the Factory Manager to determine demand, supply deadlines, set stock levels, and implement reorder policies to ensure adequate stock for production plans.
• Assist in determining sources, obtaining quotations from key suppliers, and participating in the selection of suppliers.
• Collaborate on managing and negotiating prices, contracts, and timelines to improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.
• Manage procurement activities for local and assist with imported raw materials, equipment, and any necessary items.
• Constantly evaluate the availability of alternate suppliers, collect documentation to assess the suitability of raw materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents related to purchase requests and purchase order processing in adherence to ISO standards.
• Monitor and control raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, and consumables to optimize inventory levels.
• Assist in building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with all related suppliers.
