As the Marketing Lead for a retail company specializing in Window & Door Premium Fabricators, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the construction and home improvement industry, particularly in the premium window and door segment.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products.

⦁ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Brand Management:

⦁ Maintain and enhance the brand image of the company in the market.

⦁ Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

⦁ Digital Marketing:

⦁ Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
